Payment Policy
This Payment Policy explains the payment methods accepted by Happy Hub Store, how online payments are processed, when an order is confirmed, and what happens if a payment is unsuccessful, pending, duplicated, cancelled or refunded.
Happy Hub Store accepts secure prepaid online payments on happyhubstore.in. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully authorised and an order confirmation is generated. Cash on Delivery is not available directly on our website.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Payment Policy applies to purchases made directly through happyhubstore.in . It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Orders placed through Amazon or another third-party marketplace are governed by that marketplace’s own payment, cancellation, return and refund policies.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
The payment methods available for an order are shown securely at checkout. Depending on gateway availability, bank support, device, order value and technical status, available methods may include:
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI).
- Credit cards and debit cards.
- Internet banking or net banking.
- Supported digital wallets.
- Other payment methods displayed by the authorised payment gateway at checkout.
A payment method not displayed at checkout is not available for that transaction. Certain banks, cards, applications or payment modes may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, limits, risk controls or gateway restrictions.
3. Payment Gateway
Online payments may be processed through Razorpay and any other authorised payment service displayed at checkout. Payment information is transmitted directly through the payment gateway’s secure payment interface.
Happy Hub Store does not intentionally collect or store your complete card number, card security code, UPI PIN, internet-banking password, one-time password or similar confidential authentication information.
We may receive and retain limited transaction information such as the payment status, payment method, transaction reference, payment amount, date, refund reference and gateway response needed to process and support your order.
4. Currency, Prices and Charges
All prices displayed on Happy Hub Store are in Indian Rupees unless clearly stated otherwise. The final payable amount is shown at checkout before you approve the payment.
The checkout total may include the product price, applicable taxes, discounts, shipping charges or other charges clearly displayed before payment. Where free shipping applies, the shipping amount will be shown as free or zero.
Happy Hub Store does not normally add a separate payment-gateway convenience fee. Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider or payment application may apply its own charges, interest, exchange rate or service fee according to its terms. Such third-party charges are not collected or controlled by Happy Hub Store.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is not currently available for orders placed directly on happyhubstore.in. Customers who prefer Cash on Delivery may place an order through Happy Hub Store’s available Amazon listing.
Cash on Delivery orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s service availability, delivery area, verification, payment, cancellation, return and refund rules.
6. Order and Payment Confirmation
Selecting a product or submitting payment details does not by itself confirm an order. An order is treated as successfully placed only when:
- The payment gateway confirms successful payment or authorisation.
- Happy Hub Store generates a valid order number.
- An order-confirmation page, email, message or account update is issued.
If your bank account is debited but no valid order number or confirmation is generated, the payment may be pending, failed or awaiting reconciliation. Please do not place repeated payments immediately unless the first attempt is clearly shown as failed.
7. Payment Authorisation and Verification
Payments may be subject to verification by the payment gateway, card issuer, bank, wallet provider or Happy Hub Store. We may contact you to verify an order where unusual activity, mismatched details, multiple failed attempts, a high-risk transaction or suspected misuse is detected.
We may place an order on hold, request reasonable verification or cancel and refund a transaction when necessary to protect the customer, the store, the payment system or another person from fraud, unauthorised use or security risk.
Never share your card PIN, UPI PIN, banking password or one-time password with Happy Hub Store staff. We will not ask you to transfer money to an unverified personal account as a condition for completing an existing website order.
8. Failed Payments
A payment may fail because of insufficient balance, incorrect details, an expired card, bank restrictions, transaction limits, network interruption, payment gateway downtime, UPI timeout, risk checks or another technical reason.
When a payment fails and no amount has been debited, you may retry using the same method or another method available at checkout.
When the amount is debited but the payment is displayed as failed, the bank or payment provider normally reverses the amount automatically after reconciliation. Reversal time is controlled by the bank, UPI provider, card issuer or payment gateway.
If the amount has not returned after the period shown by your bank or payment application, contact us with the transaction date, amount, payment reference and the phone number or email used during checkout.
9. Pending Payments
A pending payment means that the payment provider has not yet delivered a final successful or failed status. While a transaction is pending, the order may remain on hold and may not be packed or dispatched.
Most payment-status updates are received automatically. Please allow up to 24 hours for reconciliation before making the same payment again, unless your bank or payment application clearly confirms that the first attempt failed.
If the payment later succeeds, the order will be processed subject to product availability. If the payment fails or is reversed, the order may be cancelled automatically.
10. Duplicate Payments
A duplicate payment may occur when a customer retries after a delay, refreshes the payment page or completes more than one successful transaction for the same order.
If we confirm that more than one successful payment was received for the same order, the extra payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Please contact us with the order number and all relevant payment references.
Once approved and initiated, a duplicate-payment refund generally reaches the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The final credit time depends on the bank, card network, UPI provider, wallet or payment gateway.
11. Discounts, Coupons and Promotional Payments
Coupons and promotional offers are subject to the conditions shown with the offer. A discount may not apply when:
- The minimum order value has not been reached.
- The coupon has expired or is entered incorrectly.
- The offer is limited to a first order, selected customer, product, category or payment method.
- The coupon has reached its usage limit.
- The cart contains excluded or already discounted products.
- Another coupon or promotion is already active.
Only the discount displayed in the final checkout total is treated as applied. A coupon code shared in an advertisement, message or graphic does not guarantee eligibility where its stated conditions are not met.
12. Pricing or Technical Errors
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices, discounts and totals. If an obvious pricing, calculation, coupon or technical error affects an order, we may contact the customer before processing.
Where the correct price is lower, we may charge the lower amount or refund the difference. Where the correct price is higher or the displayed offer was an obvious error, the customer may be asked to approve the corrected amount or the order may be cancelled with a full refund of the amount received.
13. Order Cancellation After Payment
A cancellation request is not complete until Happy Hub Store confirms that the order has been cancelled. Orders that have already been packed, dispatched or delivered may be handled under the applicable Return and Refund Policy instead of being cancelled.
If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the approved amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Any non-refundable charge, if applicable, will be disclosed and applied only where permitted by law and clearly stated before purchase.
14. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the cancellation, return, damage, wrong-product, non-delivery or other claim is reviewed and approved under the applicable Happy Hub Store policy.
Approved refunds are normally initiated to the original payment method used for the order. We do not generally send an online-payment refund to an unrelated bank account, UPI ID, card, wallet or another person.
Once a refund is initiated, it generally reaches the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks, payment networks and payment applications may take additional time to display the credit.
If an original payment method can no longer receive a refund, the matter will be handled in accordance with payment-provider procedures, identity verification and applicable law.
15. Refund Amount
An approved refund may include the amount paid for the eligible product and any other amount required by the applicable policy or law.
Shipping charges, convenience charges, gift wrapping, marketplace fees, bank charges, promotional value or other amounts may be excluded where they are non-refundable and this was clearly disclosed before purchase. When an order qualifies for a full refund because Happy Hub Store cannot fulfil it, the full amount received by Happy Hub Store for that order will be refunded.
If a partial order is returned, cancelled or unavailable, the refund will normally be limited to the affected item and any related eligible charge.
16. Bank, UPI and Card Reversals
A reversal is different from a merchant refund. A reversal occurs when a failed, timed-out or incomplete transaction is automatically returned by the bank or payment network without a successful payment being settled to Happy Hub Store.
For a reversal, your bank or payment provider is responsible for the final credit time. Happy Hub Store can assist by checking whether a payment was received, but we cannot directly accelerate an automatic bank or UPI reversal.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before raising a chargeback or bank dispute, please contact Happy Hub Store so that we can review the order, payment, delivery or refund issue.
If a chargeback is filed, we may provide the payment provider with relevant order records, confirmation, communication, shipment tracking, delivery proof, refund information and fraud-prevention records.
Filing a false or abusive payment dispute may lead to order cancellation, account restriction and recovery action where permitted by law. This does not limit a customer’s right to raise a genuine payment dispute.
18. Payment Security
Customers should make payments only through the secure checkout page or another payment link expressly issued by Happy Hub Store through an official communication channel.
- Check that the website address is happyhubstore.in before entering payment details.
- Do not share your OTP, CVV, PIN, UPI PIN or banking password with anyone.
- Do not approve a collect request for an amount you do not recognise.
- Keep payment confirmation and order details until the order is completed.
- Contact us promptly if you suspect an unauthorised or incorrect transaction.
Happy Hub Store is not responsible for a loss caused by a customer voluntarily sharing confidential payment credentials, approving an unrelated payment request, using an insecure device or paying an impersonator, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
19. Invoices and Payment Records
An order confirmation, invoice or payment receipt may be sent to the email address or phone number provided during checkout and may also be available through the customer account.
Customers are responsible for entering correct billing and contact information before placing the order. Changes requested after an invoice has been generated may not always be possible, particularly where tax or accounting records have already been created.
20. Privacy and Payment Data
Payment-related personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment gateways, banks, card networks, UPI applications and wallet providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.
We may share the minimum information required to process, reconcile, verify, refund, secure or support a payment and to comply with legal, accounting, fraud prevention or regulatory obligations.
21. Changes to This Payment Policy
We may revise this Payment Policy when payment methods, gateways, store operations, legal requirements or customer-support processes change.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective or last-updated date. The policy applying to a transaction is generally the version available when the order is placed, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
22. Applicable Law
This Payment Policy is intended to operate in accordance with applicable Indian law, payment-system requirements, consumer-protection requirements, e-commerce rules and the terms of the authorised payment service used for the transaction.
Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
23. Payment Support and Grievances
For a failed, pending, duplicated, incorrect, unauthorised or refunded payment, contact Happy Hub Store and provide:
- Your name and contact number.
- Order number, where generated.
- Payment date and amount.
- Transaction, UPI or gateway reference.
- A screenshot showing the payment status, with confidential PIN, OTP and complete card details hidden.
