A customer installing or placing a product in a vehicle must ensure that it does not obstruct the driver’s view, airbags, controls, vents or safe operation of the vehicle.
10. Product Availability
Product availability may change without notice. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it.
An item may become unavailable after an order is placed because of simultaneous purchases, inventory error, damage found during inspection or another fulfilment issue.

Cash on Delivery is not available directly on happyhubstore.in. Customers seeking Cash on Delivery may use an available Happy Hub Store listing on Amazon, subject to Amazon’s terms.
Payment approval is controlled by the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider or wallet. A debit from your account without a valid order confirmation may be pending, failed or awaiting reconciliation.
Failed, pending, duplicate and refunded payments are governed by our Payment Policy.
15. Coupons, Offers and Promotions
Coupons and promotions are valid only during the stated period and subject to their eligibility conditions.
Conditions may include:
- A minimum or maximum order value.
- Selected products or categories.
- First-order or customer eligibility.
- A maximum number of uses.
- Exclusion of sale items.
- One coupon per order or customer.
- A specific payment method or channel.
A discount is applied only when it appears in the final checkout total. We may correct or withdraw an offer published because of an obvious error, misuse or unauthorised distribution, subject to applicable law.
If a partial cancellation or return makes the remaining order ineligible for a promotion, the discount may be recalculated and the difference may be deducted from the refund.
16. Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping is free to serviceable PIN codes in India unless a different amount is clearly shown at checkout.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, most serviceable locations are expected to receive delivery within 3–8 business days, while remote or extended-service locations may require approximately 7–12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, holidays, remote location, public restrictions, incorrect address details or events beyond reasonable control.
Full delivery conditions, including tracking, failed delivery, lost parcels, damaged parcels, return to origin and reshipping, are stated in our Shipping Policy.
17. Delivery Acceptance
Delivery may be completed to you or another person accepting the parcel at the supplied address, including a family member, receptionist, security employee, building staff or authorised neighbour.
You should not share a delivery OTP before the courier is present with the parcel.
A severely damaged, open or visibly tampered parcel should be photographed and, where reasonably possible, refused. Damage, wrong-item or missing-item concerns should be reported promptly under the Refund Policy.
18. Cancellation, Return, Replacement and Refund
An order may be cancelled before packing or dispatch, subject to confirmation by Happy Hub Store.
Eligible return or refund requests must generally be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Transit damage, a broken product, a wrong item or a missing item should be reported within 48 hours.
Approved remedies may include replacement, exchange, missing-part shipment, partial refund or full refund, depending on the issue and applicable law.

Products may also be offered through Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or another marketplace.
An order placed through a marketplace is a transaction conducted through that marketplace and is subject to its checkout, payment, delivery, cancellation, return, refund and dispute process.
Website coupons, shipping promises or account benefits do not automatically apply to marketplace orders, and marketplace promotions do not automatically apply on happyhubstore.in.
